Yes - you have 30 days in which to return your item or items.
If you’re returning a part because it’s faulty, has been damaged in transit, or we’ve suggested a part that isn’t right for your needs, we’ll cover the cost of return postage (£4.40 using the Collect Plus service, details below).
If you’ve changed your mind, or ordered the wrong part, your item must be returned in original condition, and you must cover the cost of the return (£4.40) yourself.
If you’ve ordered the wrong part, it’s worth giving us a call on 01376 802026 - we’ll be happy to help you find a replacement.
We use the Collect Plus service for returns. This costs £4.40 per item, which will be refunded to you on receipt of the item, if we’re responsible for the return.
Simply visit our returns page to print a returns label, repackage your item in original packaging if possible, and drop it off at your nearest Collect Plus location.
Once we receive the item, we’ll refund you its purchase price, plus £4.40 costs, if applicable.
